Amira Budi Athira or “Amira” is an Associate in the Corporate Practice Group of Arifin, Purba & Firmansyah. 

Amira current practice focuses on general corporate law and foreign investment law including some of mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investments, and corporate governance and compliance.
 

Prior to joining APF Law Firm, Amira gained her legal professional experiences from an internship program at other reputable law firms and company based in Jakarta, Indonesia.  Amira graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia, majoring in Civil Law in 2021 and also graduated cumlaude from the Master of Notarial Law, Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia in 2023.
