Associate

Claudia Annabelle or “Claudia” is an Associate in the Corporate Practice Group of Arifin, Purba & Firmansyah.
 
Claudia’s current practice areas include merger and acquisition, banking and finance, intellectual property rights and dispute resolution as well as general corporate and commercial law, capital market law and foreign investment law.
 
Claudia has also assisted clients in a number of capital market transactions, including Initial Public Offerings, Rights Issue, Private Placements and Mandatory Tender Offers.
 
Prior to joining APF, Claudia gained her legal professional experiences from participating in internship programs at a regional law firm in Sydney, Australia and a prominent Indonesian litigation law firm in Jakarta, Indonesia.  She joined APF in 2020 under APF’s talent scouting program for her excellent academic records and our recognition of her strong motivation, pro-active actions and perseverance to build herself as a professional lawyer.
 
Claudia graduated cumlaude from the Faculty of Law of the University of Gadjah Mada, Indonesia in 2020. She attended an International Summer School Program at Utrecht University, Netherlands in 2018.
