Below are some examples of work that partners of our firm have been engaged in:

Acting as counsel of a regional cross media operator in relation to the operations of its subsidiaries with third party business partners and vendors particularly in relation IT and technology, media, entertainment, vendor contracts, content and application agreements;

Acting as counsel for a major Chinese portal company in advising various Indonesian intellectual property rights issues; and

3.

Advising the Indonesia Stock Exchange in relation to the preparation and negotiation of a License and Service Agreement for the stock exchange’s new and upgraded IT trading system with an IT vendor.
