Salma Prihandani or “Salma” is an Associate in the Corporate Practice Group of Arifin, Purba & Firmansyah.

Salma’s current practice area is general corporate and commercial law, such as mergers and acquisitions, capital market law, and foreign investment law.

Prior to joining Arifin, Purba & Firmansyah, Salma interned at the House of Representatives of Indonesia, and an internationally associated law firm in Jakarta in the corporate practice group.

Salma graduated cum laude from Universitas Indonesia’s Faculty of Law in 2021 ranking amongst the top 25 GPA band. Throughout her time as a law student, she participated in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, International Mediation Singapore, and ADR ODR Online Mediation competitions where she obtained several awards.

Salma speaks fluent English, Bahasa Indonesia, and elementary proficiency in Mandarin.
